Because of the extensive learning of our philosophers throughout the years regarding personalities it has given the culture with different hypothesis and philosophies. However, even there are numerous of philosophies and propositions when it comes to the study of behaviors the implications on personality is still the same. While as time goes by the world starts to have an understanding regarding personalities, still a lot of people will remain to have his or her personal technique and create a valuable input to the culture of behavioral philosophies. Melanie Klein's object relation theory and Erich Fromm's Humanistic psychoanalysis are considered as the best illustration of giving important inputs. The inputs made aids in the explanation and mistreatment of behaviors and what influence behaviors.
Erich Fromm's Humanistic Psychoanalysis
Erich Fromm (1900-1980) psychotherapist executed in his profession a conventional psychoanalytic method, 10 years after Fromm got tired with Freudian style and created his own style of a more intense and challenging technique (Feist & Feirst, 2009). Fromm's humanistic psychoanalysis starts with the fundamental ideas that comprehending individuals is attained by having an understanding of the human origin. Basically, Fromm thinks that how an individual is being motivated is unique to the needs of the individuals, relatedness, transcendence, rootedness, sense of identity, and the frame of orientation equalizes how human grow and develop. Fromm's fundamental theories involves determination and voluntarily done. An individual alienated from the real world will soon become alone and neglected, sadly, solitary and seclusion can turn out to be a basic anxiety situation. Belongingness is essential to an individual. Fromm's firmly believes that an individual will do numerous things just to attain a feeling of belongingness (Feist & Feist, 2009). Fromm's Humanistic psychoanalysis describes a person's attitude that feels the absence of individual's needs. It is essential for an individual that they can also connect to other people as well. The start of personality development is when an individual tends to connect to another human being.
Melanie Klien's Objective Relation Theory
Melanie Klein (1882-1960), psychologists, firmly believed with the significance of individual connections or relations.
