Responsible for the management and operation of the Staffing Service Managed Program. The purpose of the program is to help optimize the labor workforce of various clients. Must fully cooperate with subordinates and different departments to provide client managers, suppliers, and contractors the best staffing services. Accountable for organizing and coordinating job candidate interviews, reviewing resumes, creating job descriptions, and presenting results. This position requires some previous experience as well as excellent communication, planning, technical and organizational skills.Relationships
Reports to: Client and corporate management.
Supervises: Balances team and individual project responsibilities with subordinates; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
Works with: Hiring managers, Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Security to ensure contractor compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
External relationships: Job candidates, client managers, suppliers, and contractors.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources or related field preferred)
